The dairy processes about 8 thousand litres of milk per day. Its main products include Balkan and fresh cheeses, cheeses for grilling, grated and steamed cheeses, and farm-style yogurts. The company’s annual turnover is around 100 million.
In 2017, the dairy was significantly modernized and its production capacity increased. Following the modernization, the FSSC 22000 system was introduced and certified in the dairy, which extended the already established HACCP. Between 2021 and 2026, the company held BRC Food certification, which was replaced in 2026 by
IFS Food
certification, whose requirements are still met by the company.
As a supplier of private label Balkan cheese for the Tesco chain for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, the dairy also meets TFMS standards. The dairy now produces about 40 tons of Balkan cheese a month.
In 2024, the dairy underwent another technological upgrade. The upgrade focused primarily on technologies for the production of steamed cheeses and cheeses for grilling.
Between 2025 and 2026, the dairy significantly modernized its production technology for grated cheese and farm-style yogurts, which it manufactures under the Pilos brand for Lidl in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary.

In 2013, the dairy was awarded as one of the 100 best “Agricultural and Food” Czech companies by the Comenius Foundation.

Prize of the Central Bohemia Region and, together with other regional winners, moved to the national finals.
