Projects
In 2008 - 2010, Farmes built 27 family houses in the village of Radonice. Every customer could choose from several types of houses and customize them according to their own requirements, from changing the tiles to a complete change of the layout of the entire house. In the newly established Na Proutkách locality you will not find two identical houses.
Our philosophy is not to create a unified uniform building where each house is the same, but to build such houses that will serve the owner and will be built precisely according to their needs.
The above-standard real estate locality with 65 building sites for family houses, infrastructure, park and playground is being realized right now within the project "Estates Veleň".
Currently, a second phase of the project is in preparation, with seven other building plots being added.
